interesting about how you chose your dentist, I chose mine almost the same way (after 12 years of not going to one after a very bad experience.)

Actually apart from driving past my dentists practice everyday, I actually saw it being built, and when it was finished it looked pretty nice, impressive, warm and friendly.

So eventually I went in. Fortunately for me and the dentist, the inside carried on the warmth and the staff did relate to me as a real person. 

I&#039;ve been going back there ever since for over 20 years.

So while appearance absolutely matters, if you can&#039;t convert that favorable first impression into a lasting customer then your marketing efforts have been wasted.</description>
